The fourth (4th) district is composed of:

- Woodlawn
- Lochearn
- Milford Mill
- Windsor Mill
- Randallstown
- Granite
- Woodstock
- Reisterstown, and,
- Painters Mills and New Town areas of Owings Mills

Election Dates:
Primary Election Early Voting – Friday, September 3, 2010 through Thursday, September 9, 2010 (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.) at early voting centers (closed Sunday)
Primary Election – September 14, 2010
General Election Early Voting – Friday, October 22, 2010 and Thursday, October 28, 2010 (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.) at early voting centers (closed Sunday)
General Election – November 2, 2010
Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on election day.

Absentee Voting: Absentee ballots are available to all registered voters. You may request an absentee ballot by filling out and sending in an application. For voting in the Primary Election, The Absentee Ballot application must be received by Tuesday, September 7, 2010, by 8:00 pm for mailed or delivered applications or 11:59 pm for faxed or emailed applications. You may show up in person and complete a Late Application for Absentee Ballot at the Board of Elections to apply for an absentee ballot past these deadlines.

Register to Vote:
If you’re not a registered voter in Baltimore County, you can download an application online from the MD State Board of Elections and return it to the Board of Elections.
Voter Registration Applications:
Voter registration applications can be obtained at the following locations:
- Baltimore County Board of Elections (by telephone or in person)
- Local post offices
- Libraries
- Motor Vehicle Administration Offices
- County municipal offices
- All public assistance offices
- All offices providing state-funded programs
- State Board of Elections
